Rental Policies
Mileage:
- 100 miles per night are included on motorhome rentals.
- Additional miles will be charged at $0.39 per mile plus local tax.
Call for quotes on long term and/or high mileage rentals. Extra days do not include any additional free miles. There are no mileage restrictions on travel trailers and pop-up campers.
Generator Hours:
- Motorhomes include 4 hours of use a day free.
- Additional generator use will be charged at $4.00 per hour, plus local tax.
- For extended generator use we offer a bulk block option giving you 16 hours of run time for $25 a day.
- The choice must be made at vehicle departure and cannot be changed upon return.
Sleeping & Carrying Capacities:
- Vehicle passenger capacity (includes driver) is based on vehicle seatbelt quantity and state law requirements.
- The customer is responsible for any/all liability claims resulting from carrying more passengers in their rental vehicle than there are seat belts.
- Sleeping capacity is based on maximum amounts per manufacturer using all sleeping locations as an RV double-bed, except for bunks.
- State law requires that no one can ride in any travel trailer while the vehicle is in motion.
